The Brief

After the success of our work on North West Village, Wembley, London property developer Quintain asked us to launch the next phase of the scheme, Alto, both overseas and in the UK. A collection of apartments in two towers, Alto is a striking new landmark for the area and a major part of the regeneration of Wembley Park.

The Solution

We took the Alto branding and brought it to digital and physical life with a microsite and series of exhibitions in the UK and Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. For the international exhibitions we managed all the shipping and logistics for the client, as well as sending over a project team to oversee the setting up of the major events. We produced panels, a fully interactive model with views and availability information, and a touchscreen media table with floorplans, imagery and information about the local area.

For the UK launch we took over Wembley Park tube station with branding and messaging on the floor, walls and tube barriers. This continued outside the station with posters, hoarding and LED screens along the main thoroughfare to the sales and marketing suite, which we rebranded for the Alto launch.

As well as building the microsite, we storyboarded and produced a film featuring a CGI flythrough and aerial footage that we commissioned. We also designed and built emails and digital banner ads.

The Results

The Wembley Park takeover resulted in a 70 per cent uplift in traffic to the Alto website and a record number of appointment bookings and registrations. The exhibitions were extremely well received with excellent results for the client that surpassed the previous launch. Quintain was impressed and appreciative of our smooth management of every stage of the process; we are now working on the launch of the second phase of the Alto development.
