The Brief

Brand Development & Marketing

Quintain seeks to create outstanding returns through investment in, and development of, property in London. They are the team behind Wembley Park, London's largest and most recognised urban renewal scheme. North West Village (NWV) is the first major residential element of Wembley Park, adjacent to the world renowned Wembley Stadium. Our brief was and is to breathe life into this major scheme, engaging with a wide variety of key stakeholders, from investors through to owner-occupiers.

We took a holistic view of the brand requirements for Wembley Park and NWV, to ensure that all communications and marketing delivered truly cumulative benefit.

One of the potential issues we identified, was that without an integrated strategy, the key messages about placemaking and location would get lost. For investors we managed the overseas marketing in SE Asia, running exhibitions in Hong Kong and Singapore.

By using a range of marketing tools, from advertising and direct marketing, through to innovative use of digital channels, we were able to create cut through in a very busy market area.

We created a suite of digital technologies, from a dedicated website to interactive touchscreen and tablets, that allowed users to tailor the information delivered, thereby maximizing the user experience. All technologies dovetailed to ensure all information was delivered accurately and consistently.

The Results

The client was delighted with the results. Premarketing to investor purchasers is an important revenue stream for any developer and the exhibitions in SE Asia were not only exceptionally well received, but delivered impressive financial results. As a consequence we are now planning a number of investors exhibitions in 2015 that will seek to push the bar even higher.
